Description: The TPT Assessor for Detroit- Currently we are accepting resumes from applicants that have flexible availability to: Work a varied schedule that could include days, evenings and/or weekends Willingness and ability to travel up to three times per month for 2-3 days at a time Assessors may change their availability as necessary but must give at least two weeks notice. General Roles and responsibilities: Evaluate assessment materials Act as a role-player in interaction simulations (includes on-site and phone based) Observe participants during simulations and categorize behavior Conduct test administration for assessment centers Complete reports to summarize participant performance Prepare assessment materials for assessment center day Assist in departmental and project-related administrative duties (e.g., process improvement, time-tracking, planning and organizing, etc.) Skills required: Ability to become certified in at least one design Strong analysis and judgment skills Extremely high work standards and attention to detail High initiative and self-confidence Strong communication skills (written and oral) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/competing priorities Strong interpersonal skills Professional image/credibility Ability to learn quickly and work under stressful conditions The assessor position is temporary, part-time. There is no guaranteed number of hours per week. Assessors are brought in on an as-needed basis as volume dictates.
